What is unique about Coachingbydave: Dave is a trained life coach and therapist with extensive experience in mental and physical health serving persons of diverse backgrounds and experiences. Coachingbydave provides life coaching services, not therapy. Dave also brings a background in alternative healing as an energy healer as well as an intuitive and athlete having completed multiple full length marathons.
The focus of Coachingbydave is to add value to our world through a focus of "paying it forward” and focusing upon “being the change want to see in the world” through efforts to build and support positive community through sharing of valued resources, exceptional coaching and facilitation of Master Mind Self-Guided Goals Groups.
Community building is integrated into this web presence and coaching by offering a sliding scale for clients who cannot afford the full rate of $125.00 per session or $100.00 per session for a monthly 4 pack. Sliding scale client openings are available based upon scholarship resources available and a client commitment to likewise "pay it forward” in the future. Funding and potential to provide sliding scale opportunities is also supplemented by the affiliate programs such as with Amazon.com.
What is Mastermind Goals Group? Mastermind Goals Group is defined here as a is a group of 3 to 5 people with a commitment to meet consistently weekly or bi-weekly for at least 3 months providing focused attention, support and “energy” to facilitate each member’s progress upon their pathway as well as to provide candid feedback and support as requested. Dolphins or Sharks are metaphors used within Mastermind groups facilitated here, after sharing a goal or aspiration a person may want candid vetting of an idea or course of action (shark mind\support) or supportive encouragement to further explore (dolphin mind\support) from their group. Mastermind groups are facilitated by Dave until the group is able to self-manage itself. The power of a focused, structured and fully functioning Mastermind Goals Group can be amazing.
